Kids Fitness Camp!

*What: Kids Fitness Camp!
*Who: grades k-5th (they do not just have to be @ BRE, includes all schools in neighborhood)
*When: beginning Jan. 19th, Thursday. 4-5:15pm. Reacurring every Thursday, same time up until Sping Break, total of 10 wks.
*Where: BRE gym
*Why: to provide a healthy, fun environment for kids to help kids stay active during the winter months.
*Classes: there will be 5, two-week classes. Parents can sign kids up for one or all!
Week 1 & 2 – Crazylicious Cardio: kids will have fun running, jumping & playing games while getting great exercise
Week 3 & 4 – Just Dance Wii: after fun warm-up, kids will learn how dancing can be a great way to exericse while having fun
Week 5 & 6 – Kool Kidz Kick-boxing: kids will learn some fun & creative moves that will help them w/ hand-eye coordination & balance
Week 7 & 8 – Big Fun Boot Camp: kids will perform fun agility drills & boot camp relay exercises using agility ladders & obstacle courses
Week 9 & 10 – Yoga: kids will learn the benefit of de-stressing and stretching from performing fun, kid friendly yoga moves.
